Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

support

i take home 5800 a month , i live in nj, i was married 17 years. we are separated 2 years. i pay all the bills. i want to get divorced and be generous to her. my kids are 7, and 11 . what can i expect a judge to warrant, as far as support per month . i get a 50,000 bonus every year also

The good news is that you are doing very well indeed. The short answer is that NJ calculates child suppport based on a chart. YOu are off the chart, most likely, but it will be perhaps over $400 per week. Other factors include her income if any and some other relatively smaller items. However, this is ONLY child support and my estimate is just a guess.
