Support

I have been married for 10 years I want a divorce we have two children and no properties. She is currently working 2 days a week. I know I have to pay child support but do I have to pay her alimony. I mean she is capable of working full time and fending for herself its just that she doesnt want to.

Depending upon your income, her earning ability, child care responsibility and other factors, with a 10 year marriage, you may very well be on the hook for alimony. Your wife is expected to earn up to her capacity and her earning capacity will be attributed to her whether she chooses to earn as much as she can or not.
