Tax Question??
I have been claiming my son as an exemption since my divorce. It states in my divorce decree that we agreed I would claim my son as an exemption. Can she change her mind now and want to claim him on her taxes?

She can "want" to do anything. Whether or not she is permitted is a whole other story and that will be up to a judge. However, I would guess that she wouldn't go very far with that motion absent some compelling circumstances. Normally, the parties alternate.
