Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Tax return
Can a non custodial parent claim a child on their taxes every year? He just started paying child support within the last 14 months and has no visitations. What would be a firm agruement?

Re: Tax return
If there was a divorce, the PSA should address this. If never married, the NCP would have to file a motion. If you want to oppose that, the no visitation argument is your best one.
