tempo restraining order on bank accts

my wife started divorce proccedings

and froze access to my accts

but i was not aware of this til I try

to remove money out of ATM

What can I tell the judge on court

date since I could not get money

for food or to get a lawyer

Go see a divorce lawyer today, right now. You should be able to get in front of a Judge and get your money freed up.

You can tell the judge just that. I guess you don't have access to a credit card? If you do, you can use that for both a lawyer and food.

I would think that you are at lwast entitled to have access to your accounts to the extent necessary live and conduct your business.
