Hire a lawyer and give him the name and address of the bank so that he can serve a deiposition

subpoena upon the bank. Familiarity with the law does not mean that you know what you are doing.

Call me if you like.

I have been the second or third divorce attorney for so many clients.

You need to get a lawyer onboard immediately. Don't wait.

Don't try to do subpoenas for yourself. Get the lawyer to do it, it is easy to do correctly.

Please give me a call to talk it over. The telephone discussion will be free of charge, and I will let you know what I believe I can do to assist you further.
