Is texting considered harassment?

I have a baby and her dad is married, so yesterday his wife call me and then started texting me, and I did text her back to.. Her first text said that she is gonna get rid if me, and then we keep texting now she said she is going to the police to open a case of harassment against me?

It certainly can be. You should end your communications with her and keep a copy of all the texts especially the first one to you to show that she initiated the dialogue.

We have a number of lawyers here who could assist you if the problem continues or worsens. Please call for a consultation should it become necessary or if you are interested.
