Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

EX Thinks he owns our child

Ex has physical custody of 2 children.Has never allowed them to visit in my home in another state for a holiday.Insists they can only visit alternate summers,always at my expense.Has promised 15 daughter she could live with me for years than intimidates her when she mentions it.She is emotionally drained.How can I get her voice heard,and until then enforce a holiday or any other visit?I have commuted regularly for 7 years to see them.Please help a good mom. THANX

If your ex will not voluntarily give yo visitation, then you will have to make the appropriate motion in court.
