Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

time frame

I have been seperated for 3 years and have presented my wife with papers (that have not been filed), she refuses to accept any of the terms stated in the agreement and threatens to drag out the procudure as long as possible.Is there anything that I can do to push this along ? And what are my financial responsibilities ? I have been and continue to pay ALL the bills.Can she potentially do this ?

You should call me so that I know to whom I am talking because I want to be certain that I have not spoken to your wife; I am not allowed to talk with both sides of a matrimonial matter.
