Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been told that as the primary custodian I have the right to decide the holiday visitation of my son since there is not one in place. Is this true and how can I get it enforced?

Well you would need to make a motion to the Court for a holiday schedule and get it in an order to enforce it. Call me to discuss, free consultation. (732)247-3340.
