I have been told that I have a 19 year old son Can I force the mother to do a parernity test?

That is a shocking thing to find out. If she wants child support, then you can force her to take the test. There are a couple of issues involved here, some of the most important things in life: is this your son? can you help at this point to raise him and help him in life? some important things.
