Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Traveling with your children

I am happily married. I would like to go to the Bahamas with my wife and children but my wife is terrified of flying and does not want to go. I would be willing to go with just my children but my wife is telling me in order to travel to a different country you must have both parents consent (which she wont give). Is this true? Can I take my children without my wifes consent?
