How to win PRO? For I've learned that 9/10 defendents lose.

I'm the abused male spouse in a alcoholic relationship where my wife is the violent alcoholic abuser and this TRO only another act of abuse.

I've never harassed or threatened or beaten my wife, instead, its the other way around.

So how, with societies gender biased perception where it's always the husband that's the abuser, do I get out of this?

I can submit partiulars upon request. For example, long list of medical issues.

Thanks!

It is no longer nine of ten men losing domestic violence cases because the judges now realize that these cases are often used as weapons in the marital wars. Call me and I will briefly speak to you and show how you will win your case.
