Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

un-emancipated teenagers

My husband's teenage daughter dropped out of college, after failing all her subjects, was emancipated and moved in with her boyfriend. Now she's back home with his ex-wife after running out of money. Can she be ''unemancipated'' and will he have to pay a style='text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 3px double;' href=''http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=92&k=child%20support&st=1'' onmouseover=''window.status='Search for: child support'; self.ql_skeyphrase='child%20support'; if(window.event) self.ql_sevent=window.event.srcElement; self.ql_timeout = setTimeout('ql_doMouseOver(1)', 1000); self.ql_isOverLink=true; return true;'' onclick=''if(self.ql_timeout) clearTimeout(self.ql_timeout); self.ql_isOverTip = false; ql_closeiframe(); self.ql_skeyphrase='child%20support'; window.status='Search for: child support';return true;'' onmouseout=''window.status=''; if(self.ql_timeout) clearTimeout(self.ql_timeout); self.ql_isOverTip = false; setTimeout('ql_closeiframe()', 1500); ''child support/a again?
