Vacation with my child
Can the mother of my child stop me
from taking my child on vacation and
not give me her passport?

She can because she has the physical ability to do so. Whether this action would be upheld by a Court is the more important question. If you believe that she is doing something that is inappropriate or outside of the terms of your custody agreement, then you would need to file a Motion to get the relief that you believe is appropriate.
