Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I'll be going on vacation to England and France over Easter break. I'll be seventeen. My mom has full costudy, but my father has visitation rights. Do I need legal permission from him to leave the country without a parent or relative?

Yes. You need the consent of both parents or a court order.
