Re: veterans comp ands is not earned income
There must be more to the story than what you have revealed because suffer a disability which prevents pursuing your usual employment or some form of employment for which you are qualified should result in the recognition that you have
suffered an involuntary, substantial change of
circumstances in relation to your earning capacity. Such a finding of involuntary and substantial loss of income capactiy should result in the substantial reduction or elimination of an alimony or spousal support obligation. You might give me a call.
I should also note that a motion for reconsideration must be made within twenty days of your receipt of you receipt of the signed order denying your application for the reduction of your spousal support and child support obligations. You also have 45 days to appeal the judge's order which runs from the date that you received the subject order.

When you got to court without an attorney, the law seems to get thrown out the window. I see it all the time. Your problem is, you may not have enough money for an attorney to correct this problem. Give me a call at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your situation. If you cannot afford my services, I will try to point you in the right direction.
