I'm a victim of paternity Fraud.
I have been married for 8 Years and have a 4 year old son, I suspected my wife was cheating on me. I had Found my wife's e-mails, it seemed like my son was not mine but her lovers, they had new this from the beginning, I got a DNA test done and it proves I'm not the biological father. I was dumbfounded and shocked, It has damaged my relationship with this child. we are separated, and I want to file for Divorce. I want to sue her Lover , what are my best options? I live in bridgewater, NJ.

Apparently, you want to sue for alienation of affection. Such a cause of action does not strike mw as likely to bear fruit. I have practiced law for thirty-seven years and such a lawsuit is basically unknown in my experience. If you want to pursue such a lawsuit I would be willing to assist you.
As for the child, that is a matter that you must come to grip with. You should seek counseling.
