Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Violation of privacy

wife utilized financial information obtained by opening my personal mail (without my authorization)at a hearing to show the court my financial records. As a result and based on the information shown, the court froze the account and ordered to give half of the account to wife. Is there any laws prohibiting her action and if so, can I bring her to court for invading my provate mail?

Re: Violation of privacy

I recognize your zip code, and your home town; I am a divorce attorney with 23yrs experience, very close by.

Let me say first that if you do not have a good divorce attorney, you are doing yourself a great harm. If you do have a good attorney, you should be asking your attorney for guidance; if you dont get a clear answer, then get another attorney.

You can call me if you wish. My contact information can be obtained from the links below, just click on the Attorney Profile link. Let my secretary know you found me through LawGuru.
