Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
visatation
my wife had 3 children from a person around 15 years ago to a person she did not marry. she was to have visatation rights but everytime she found out where her children lived, the boyfriend moved. we found out that the ex boyfriend move to new york. after many years, my wife felt it would be a strain on the kids if she contacted them at a later date. she is currently paying child support( 15 dollars a week ). the other day, her daughter contacted my and her son and said i believe you are my brother. she wants to come visit and see her real mother after 14 years but the ex boyfreind told my wifes daughter she could not see my wife. the daughter is now 16 years old. from what i do understand, there was only a supervised visatation but that was 14 years ago. i would like to reunite my wife and here daughter that she has not seen. this has been killing my wife emotionally for 14 years and she felt she was doing the right thing. i would like some advise on how i can make this happen. and also, if my wifes daughter does happen to come to my house without consent from her father ( my wife ex boyfreind ) what should i do.

Re: visatation
From a lawyer's standpoint, you could file a motion for visitation. I have an office in Toms River, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
