Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a visitation agreement with my ex. It includes TWO weeks in the summer. however, he has decided to send my kids with his father/wife to Boston while he stays in New Jersey under the premise that he has a job interview. Something he NEVER mentioned to me. Can I argue this in court? I'm sick of his complete disregard for my rights as their mother.
