visitation order non compliance

visitation order set 5-06 and father never complied now father wants court to mm ake me move back to his state and enforce visits. What are me and childs rights?

Re: visitation order non compliance

You are going to have to do now what you did not do before you moved, show

the Court that you moved for a good reason, without any motive to deny visitation.
