Can a parent sue for visitation when a child is 19 years of age and child does not want to visit?

An offspring who is eighteen years or older will not be compelled to visit with a parent, even if that parent is paying child support.

I agree with Mr. Moore. Once you the child is about 15 or 16, hardly any judge in this state will tell that child what to do.
