A court order is a court order so you have to follow it. If you want to change it, you need to go back to court.

To answer your question, NO. A parenting plan is ordered by the Court, and no one is allowed to ignore a Court order.

If you want to change the parenting plan, you will need an attorney, and you will need to ask the Court to do this. You ask the Court by filing an appropriate motion.

If you would like me to assist, please call my office. I am in Hackensack. A half hour consultation will be $75.00. You can then decide how you would like to proceed.
