How do I voluntarily surrender my parental rights to an adoptive child who has been reunited with her biological family without incurring a great expense?

Give me a call, we will probably want to set this up as a family member type of adoption. You will need to get Court approval.

Call me, pick a time to come in. The first office visit will be free, and you can then decide what you want to do.

Like Mr. Davies said, you can just sign off on the adoption papers. Shouldn't be that difficult.
