Can I Voluntary terminate my parental rights in new jersey because my child is a threat to my home and the people in it. My 13 year old daughter has invited a 20 year old man in my home to have sex. she has problems getting along with her mother and does not want to follow the rule of our home. She has ran away four times

Sooner or later, you may have a big DYFS problem on your hands. Although from your stand point, it sounds like it won't be a problem for you.
