How long does a person have to wait after a divorce to remarried

Until he/she wakes up and realizes that one is not supposed to make the same mistake twice!

Seriously, once divorced, you can marry immediately. Best of luck the second time around!

If you are legally divorced with a court order you may remarry any time thereafter. You do not have to wait any specific time.
