Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My wife cheated on me and moved out with my7year old daughter and the guy she left me she known him on internet for a couple month and she has a one bedroom apt and me and my wife agree to not let move in because I no nothing about him because he is from another state and I scared for my kid safety and I have to go to court for my daughter because my file behind my back and my daughter is autism and I found out hebeen living there without my knowledge what can iI do please help me
