Soon to be Ex Wife

My soon to be ex-wife has contacted my current fiance via email and also through a friend of a friend. Make false staements about me. Can i issue C&D or does my fiance?

Your not going to go anywhere by filing a civil complaint against her. I suggest you amend your divorce complaint with the proper cause of action. Otherwise, you should file criminal charges against her.
