wife needs help

my husband for the last 6 years got a job with a apartment, he left me and my 14 year old son 1 month ago what is my legal rights

You can file for divorce, and for child support if your son is your husband's child.

Was your husband supporting you prior to his leaving?

He is required to continue providing the same support he provided before he left. If he paid most of the household bills he must continue to do that. He must also provide child support.
