Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My wife has taken legal custody of our daughters children

Without any discussion and against my wishes so my question is

If I get a separation or divorce, will I have to pay any

Child support for these children my name is not on

Any of the custody documents, nor is my signature.

Thanks. Larry

Yes, you will have to pay child support if she takes you to court. Your name being on anything has nothing to do with anything. I suggest you consult with a lawyer to discuss these issues in more detail. 732/773/2768
