Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my wife moved out 8 months ago and now she wants to come back because she has no money to live on meanwhile i have been giving her money and she has not been paying any mortgage, school nor any bills. is she liable to come back to our home?

You seem to be asking whether you can keep your wife out of the house, while also stating thagt you have been providing her with financial support. You seem a little conflicted. How is her living outside of the house, with your support and without contributing to the household bills, different from her living in the house and doing the same thing? You need to say a little more than what you are saying. Call me if you like.
