Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex wife has sole custody of my three sons and are living in New Jersey. I live in Kentucky and when I travel the 800+ miles to visit my boys, she refuses me unaccompanied access to my sons.

If you have a Court Order specifically indicating date and time for your parenting time and that it does not need to be supervised, then the police should enforce your Court Order. If it is not specific enough, then you may need to get a Judge to clarify it by filing a Motion and getting a more specific Order.
