Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Wife threating to file

Ok, I'm sure you have had this question before. My wife said she is going to file for divorce. I have a 17yr old son, senior in HS. Can she force me to move, how long would this take. Is it possible that he can finish school before we sell the house. I'm more concerned about his well being. My son is not of this marriage and we have no children. Please advise

Re: Wife threating to file

It depends if the divorce is dragged out. Keep in mind that the market right now is real bad too. And then there is the closing process, etc.

I suggest you speak to an attorney about your entire situation before you do anything.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
