Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Ex wifes boyfriend shaved my two year old sons head. Just days later, while in mothers care, a huge tv fell on my sons head and the boyfriend proclaimed he was okay and was refusing to take the baby to the hospital. The boyfriend then screamed at me stating "I am the father here, mind your own f _ _ _in business." When are you going to just stop!" In front of my children.
While enroute to the apt. I called the police and then DYFS (since they just inspected recently). The mother did leave with the baby and took him to the hospital after my mother spoke to her, and convinced her to get him checked. We were on our way there and did not know she was taking him. The boyfriend refused to open the door for the police. My five year old daughter was inside alone with him. DYFS refused to even investigate except calling the hospital. What can I do about this psycho boyfriend?

You could file a motion with the court to seek relief. I would speak to an attorney though before doing anything.
