what will happen if i dont sign divorce papers from my wife?

Your wife will still obtain the divorce ultimately, with or without your signature. The difference, however, is that it might cost you more due to your refusal to cooperate.

I presume you mean she is tring to serve you with the divorce complaint. If I am right and if you do not accept the papers she will have a sherriffs officer serve you with the papers. I suggest you contact my office and set up an appointment so that we can resolve any issues.
