Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Will a jugde grant me temporary or full custody until my ex straighten out his life problems?
The situation:
I was never married to my child father n things didn't work out...I found out he has lied about a million things from his identity to the woman his is currently with...he has no place of residence (he's homeless)...but wants me to allow my child to go n spend time with him at the girlfriend house or in a neighboring state where his parents live...(he doesnt have driver liencse or a car)...the girlfriend has a restraining order on him for domestic violence...but they still see each other...she has also referred to my child as being a devil baby...n I can't trust her around my baby...the father also has warrants...I'm to afraid to let my child go with him until he cleans his life up...I wanted to kno if that would b grounds to grant me temp custody until he gets that part of his life together...Im afraid my child would b n a dangerous situation...very sorry for the long discript...thanks n advice...I even went to court with him b4 under a fake name because I didn't kno until a few days after our court date

No. your child is not going to go anywhere that is unsafe for the child.

You will probably have to fight him in court, and I suggest that you get a court order NOW that gives you custody.

Do you realize that your ex can just come and pick up the baby and take the child away? you need a court order to put a stop to that.
