Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Will New Spouse's Income be Used for Child Support Payments

Me and my fiance live in NC, but he pays child support in NJ. Are our joint finances guarded from child support? In other words will they continue to use only his income for support or will mine be added to the pot?

You are under no obligation to support a child that is not yours so no, your income has nothing to do with the case. When was the last time the child support was calculated? You may want an attorney to at least make sure everything is correct because it is often wrong.
