The woman? yes.

With the children? there are some legal issues, and before you leave with the children or even with one child, you should talk to an attorney.

You need to know about child custody, and child support, and the rules on taking a child out of the state.

Call my office, make an appointment and come in to see me. No charge for the first office visit. We will discuss this, and you can decide what you want to do.

Leaving the state with children requires the permission of the Court or the other parent.

Once the complaint is filed and it is served upon the other party jurisdiction attaches and then it does not matter where a defendant lives is of no importance, for purposes of jurisdiction.

Call me if you like.
