Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was wondering, I am going to marry my boyfriend who has three kids by three seperate woman. Two of them are on public assistance and he is on child support for. One of them he is not. He is currently incarcerated. I am scared that if we marry before he goes back to court for these cases that they may base the support on my income. Can they do that?

Wait...what? You are going to marry a man who has three kids by three separate women. He is currently in jail. Two of those women are on welfare and he has to pay child support. One child is not and he is not paying?! so that woman has no money from him to help raise their child?!

Please, do not marry this man. This advice is the best that I can give you. Find someone else. Good Lord.
