i will like to now if i get my compensation, does my ex-husband has any right to the money i receive????

You seem to be indicating that you are divorced. How would he know you are receiving worksers' compensation. Also, the issue of your workers' compensation must have been known during your divorce. If it were known and was not made a part of your divorce judgment or property settlement agreement, the claim was abandoned when the judgement was entered.
