My X Is Self Employed. How Can I Attach CS and Alimony Payments? / How Can NY Pi

A Little Background:

My X owes me over $54,000 in child support and alimony. He earns an average of $175,000/year. He moved from NJ to NY. There's a bench warrant for him issued in NJ. He owns a company that is incorporated and he is the only employee.

Three Questions:

1) Can I attach or garnish money from his buisness accaount?

2) How can I get NY to pick him up and bring him to NJ?

3) Can I get a Bounty Hunter to pick him up and bring him to NJ?

You've been chasing this guy for a long time if he owes you that much. You need to hire a lawyer and a good private investigator in his home state to accomplish this for you. Since it appears that you have not retained an attorney, before you take any further action, you should contact an attorney in the father's home state to discuss your matter in more detail.
