Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
X is taking my kids!
If I pay child support and get my kids on a regular basis, can the mother take me to court and move my kids to florida there 4 and 8 years old and never want to go home when they are with me.She sais all she has to to is ask a judge for permission and than she can take them from me even if the kids and I dont want her to go.She says its cheaper to live and the kids would be better off there with her and her boyfriend and leave there grandparents and me behind. Should i go and try and do something before she does at the court or do I have any rights as a good father?

I would need some more information before I can help you out here. In general, she cannot move with the children unless a court gives her permission. This is called removal. She is going to have a good case with the cost of living argument so you will need a strong argument against it.
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

What I think you are really asking is
whether you can get custody of your children. Not knowing any particulars,
I would say that it is possible. It might help for you to call me.
Call if you like.
