Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my xwife is not obeying divorce agreement. both parties are required to provide thier own health insurance. i was divorced in 2003 and for the next 5 years the ex wife continued to use my prescription plan without my knowledge, now the plan is coming after me for the money they put out for he prescription drugs. how do i fix this?
