You will have to file a motion to compel your wife to permit visitation.
Call me if you like.

what you describe is typical of some parents. it is very very bad for the kids. notice that the focus is on what is good for the kids.
you can consult with an attorney, who will go over your limited options. you can file a motion asking the Judge to take action against her if she does not have the kids visit with you.
what you really need is for her to act like a parent, not like a vindictive ex-spouse.
i suggest a consultation with an experienced divorce attorney first. family counselling may help, especially if she will speak to the same mental health professional.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.

As Mr. Davies said, you should really get an attorney to help you out. A lot will depend on how old the children are. The older they are, the less there is a chance you can do anything. I also agree with some type of evaluation/counseling to sort all this out. My initial consultations are always free, so feel free to call me at 732/247/3340
Good luck!
