Legal Question in Medical Leave in New Jersey

If someone goes on a family leave for the birth of a child are they required by law to use their vacation time before collecting for family leave?

An employer can require an employee to use all available paid time away from work (e.g. vacation & sick time) before being granted either paid or unpaid FMLA time.
