Family Medical Leace Act

I live in NJ and work in PA, am I still eligible for NJ Family Leave Act for Maternity Leave with pay?

You cannot be discriminated against because you live in a different State. If the NJ law applies to employees, it means all NJ employees regardless of where they live.
