Legal Question in Medical Leave in New Jersey

in the state of new jersey,if a dr puts you out on disability can your place of work force you to take family leave at that point.

I see that no other attorney picked up on this one so I will take a shot at it. It is my understanding that family leave is voluntary and at the option of the employee. Your employer can't charge you with taking family leave unless you have applied for it. I have not, however, checked the current sources on the subject.
