Legal Question in Medical Leave in New Jersey

im currently on state disability since11/4/09. My employer sent me a letter of termination,dated 01/27/2010 which was only my tenth week being out on disability. Isnt it against the law?

No, it is not against the law and your employer has a right to fill your position barring any other agreement with your employer, such as, leave under FMLA.
