Legal Question in Medical Leave in New Jersey

Out of State Visitation Question

I have a 13 year old daughter whose mother (my ex wife) is the custodial parent. We have had a child custody agreement for 11 years. Three years ago, I (non-custodial parent) moved from NJ (where ex wife lives) to Viriginia for a job offer. My ex wife has decided to petition the court to change the visitation schedule leagally because I realistically cannot see my daughter during the week, etc. Is there a ''reasonable'' visitation schedule / expectation / law for the state of NJ that I should be aware of before I go to a court hearing to respond to her. I want to see my daughter regularly (and have up to now for the last 11 years), but driving up to NJ every other weekend, on holidays, etc. is killing me financially and physically. Any suggestions?
